The staff is amazing and super helpful. That’s a huge leg up on, I don’t know, say every single other business in Yuma, so good job there. Buuut This is relative, it’s still Yuma so it’s still totally floundering just not as bad. 3/10 instead of 1/10 type of leg up —still nothing to celebrate. Unfortunately, the food (especially produce) is just as rotten as frys, Albertsons or Walmart produce, except those places allow over the phone refunds. My biggest issue is that the sell the rotten, and then I have to call and talk to management and then eventually waste another hour of my time driving back to the store to return the garbage and or get a refund. It’s just another rip off that is “goods/services” here in Yuma…subpar at best, and the mentality that simply transplanting a successful chain grocery store to Yuma and then filling it with rotten food will make it successful/appealing…um no? Save your money and go somewhere else.

OMFG....sorry, pardon my French!!!, the service was amazing im from the san diego area and my sprouts looks so awful 😖..I love everything about your store the day we were driving through yuma and the employees were great at they're jobs especially this man in a green polo approached me and said hello miss can I help you find anything today with a gorgeous 😍 smile and I didnt care for what he was selling me at the moment but omg that smile and tattos around his neck and piercings sold me for what I wasn't even looking for ,but I think next time ill stop at sprouts and ask for him personally ❤️ such a cutie that he even sold me some cutie oranges and I wasn't even looking for those I just wanted some ice-cream and chipies but for sure ill ask for him again I believe his name is Jerman a manager 😊. If you guys had 10 🌟 ill give you a rank of 100 🌟

I love shopping at Sprouts in Yuma, AZ. This is the best store for several fantastic reasons. First off, im.always greeted by at least 5 associates every time I shop there. The associates always smile and ask how's my day going. The floor associates always ask if I've found everything and are ready to show me where something is located. The cashiers also ask if I found everything as well. In addition, the cashier are always smiling and are super nice. One of my favorite reasons is that the managers are always accessible and willing to help too. The really care about us and I'm always greeted by the managers as well. I really feel the community vibe in this store as we share our latest adventures in life with one another. The last reason I love shopping at sprouts is because of the access I have to organic food choices. The best in town! Thank you Spouts off of 4th Ave and 16th, Yuma Az. You guys knock it out of the ball park every time for me. Sean

Stopped by on my way out of town for some last minute items I needed. I especially liked the fresh grab and go items available. I was specifically looking for dolmas and I approached the deli and Victoria helped and walked me to the fresh dolmas because they were all out of the can ones. She was nice and stopped what she was doing to assist me. She also advised me that the fresh ones were better although they didn't last as long. It was nice shopping at this sprouts.
